Returns Policy

At Maritas, we take pride in the quality of our products. If, in the unlikely event, you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is received faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
• In its original packaging
• Unused, unworn, and unaltered
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Hygiene Products (Non-Returnable Items)

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on hygiene products. This includes, but is not limited to, scalp oil applicators, exfoliating brushes, and satin bonnets.

These items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund once opened or used, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Return Process

To initiate a return for a faulty or damaged item, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact us at maritasstore@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Please include clear photos or videos showing the fault or damage.

2. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address by email.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
