Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Time
After processing, orders typically arrive within 6–11 business days depending on destination and carrier conditions. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear after shipment.

Delays
Maritas is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, high shipping volume periods, or incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.

Lost or Missing Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. Maritas is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once tracking confirms the order has shipped or shows as delivered. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if a package is marked as delivered but not received.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated at checkout.
